Mint Chocolate Brownies

Brownie Layer:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. Hershey syrup
Mix together and pour into a 9×13″ pan. Bake @ 350 for 30 min. COOL

Mint Layer
2 cup  10x sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 Tbsp. Creme de mint ( can substitute green food coloring and mint extract)
-Mix and spread over cooled cake

Chocolate Layer
1 cup chocolate chips
6 Tbsp. butter
-Melt together and allow to cool sightly. Then spread over mint layer.
