Brown Sugar Pecan Shortbread

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. four
1/4 c. finely ground toasted pecans
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Roll dough onto a lightly floured surface to 1/4″ thick. Cut into desired shapes and Bake @300 for 25-30 minutes
